Before you begin please take a moment to watch the following instructional video about this course and what to expect.

Please note:

1. Lessons must be taken in order.
2. You will not be able to progress until you have watched the videos contained in the modules.
3. Each lesson contains a short quiz at the end. There is an overall pass grade of 75% required. You will not be able to proceed until you have passed the quiz or questionnaire section.
4. If you fail the quiz, please re-read the information and try again. You have 5 attempts available.
5. Your certificate of completion will be available within 48 hours of being notified of your completion. To notify us, simply complete the final form and press submit. Leave the rest up to us. Please also remember to check spam folders.
